Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 2026
Summary
Patrick Tudor Group LLC operates this site and the services linked from it. We collect the minimum information needed to run the services, and we do not sell personal information.
What We Collect
When you send us a message via the contact form, we collect:
- The message body you typed
- Your name, email address, or phone number — only if you provided them
- Your IP address and approximate submission time, for abuse prevention
- A record of which contact method you chose and the consent you gave
If you contact us by email or text message instead of the form, we store the message content and the sending address or number so we can reply.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your message through the channel you chose
- Detect and prevent spam and abuse
- Keep a record of communications for operational continuity
We do not use your contact information for marketing, and we do not share it with third parties except as required to deliver your reply (our email provider, Twilio for SMS).
SMS Messaging
When you provide a phone number and consent to SMS on our contact form, by texting one of our published numbers, or by verbally agreeing on a call, you agree to receive text messages from Patrick Tudor Group related to your inquiry, scheduled callbacks, or replies to your messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 messages per conversation). Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email contact@ptudor.net.
Mobile carrier data (phone number, carrier) collected in connection with SMS is used solely to deliver your messages. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes, and we do not share it with affiliates for their own marketing. SMS opt-out requests are honored immediately and persisted for that number across all message types we send.
Voice Calls
When you call a phone number associated with this site, the call is recorded and transcribed. You will hear an audible disclosure of this in the first sentence of every call. Recordings and transcripts are stored on our servers and used to (a) follow up on your call, (b) review what was discussed, and (c) improve the quality of our automated assistant.
Recordings and transcripts are not shared with third parties or used for marketing. They are retained for as long as needed to resolve the matter you called about; you may request earlier deletion at any time by replying to any SMS we send you with the word DELETE, or by emailing contact@ptudor.net.
If a human representative joins the call after the automated assistant, the representative's arrival is announced to you and a join tone is played. There is no silent monitoring of any call by a human.
Third-Party Services
We use Twilio to send and receive SMS messages. When you text us, your phone number and the message are processed by Twilio's infrastructure. Their privacy policy applies to that processing.
Email is delivered through standard SMTP providers. Once a reply leaves our systems, it is subject to the privacy practices of your email provider.
Data Retention
Messages and contact information are retained while a conversation remains active. Resolved conversations are archived after 30 days of inactivity. Archived records are kept indefinitely unless you request deletion.
Raw inbound emails that did not match any conversation (spam, bounces, misaddressed messages) are automatically deleted after 90 days.
Cookies and Local Storage
This site uses a session cookie to protect form submissions against forgery. We use local storage to remember your language and theme preference. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your records. Contact us through the form and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
